Academic Prep for Success in the DLBE Classroom - Project SEMBRAR

Project SEMBRAR is instituting a Grow-Your-Own model that aims to add 400 certified bilingual teachers to our programs, creating new supportive pathways for both pre- and in-service educators. Anchored in the National Dual Language Education Teacher Preparation “EMMA” Standards (Guerrero & Lachance, 2018), the project is employing mentorship and professional development as key levers of change to recruit, support, and retain high quality DL bilingual educators.  A partnership between DLeNM and MABE
